Hi, My name is Ajahana Hall,
I believe God gave us the tools within ourselves and within herbal medicine to heal our mind, body and soul. I have studied herbal medicine and mindful meditation for a few years now and I have seen the positive affects it has had on my life. I no longer experience long periods of
depression, stress or anxiety. I know now that I have my faith and my practice to thank for that. It was because of this experience that lead me to start my own herbal tea business in June of 2022 called Mindfullteas, a premium and organic herbal tea business that helps aid in mental and emotional health. In the fall of 2023, I received my mindful teacher certification from MNDFL. My hope is to help others experience their own mental and emotional breakthroughs. I plan to do this by bringing Mindfullteas and mindful meditation to people around the world as they embark on their mental and emotional healing journey.

I’m Deyvon Cobb and I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to all.
I am a licensed and certified massage therapist. As the passionate owner and founder of Holy City Wellness, my journey has been fueled by a dedication to enhancing well-being and promoting relaxation. With an impressive track record of 4 years and counting in the field of bodywork therapy, I’ve had the privilege of transforming countless sessions into revitalizing experiences. My expertise is an intricate blend of artistry and science, drawing from a diverse spectrum of techniques. From the gentle and rhythmic movements of Swedish massage that instill a sense of tranquility, to the focused intensity of deep tissue work that targets persistent tension, and the innovative approach of cupping therapy that rejuvenates both body and mind – I’ve curated a range of methods to cater to individual needs.
Jessica Spencer comes from a long line of nurses and midwives and while that is not her pursued profession, she is humbled to be apart of this event to honor these amazing doulas. Stockton born and raised, Jessica is an active member of the theatre community and hopes to present art that represents her people, her culture, and her community.
Laura began her journey as a body and energy worker while practicing as a doula and providing nurturing and educational support to growing families. While traveling and learning the importance of human experience within communities, a fascination with the wonders of what a body can achieve, and being unsettled by our disparities in maternity care, Laura continued her education in traditional healing and herbal medicine. Making her way down to the Yucatan, she was taught Mayan medicine and womb massage from traditional midwives and healers. Within this rich culture, the womb space is revered as sacred and considered the core of our existence.
After practicing numerous massage modalities, Laura believes that her clients know their body best, and in an integrative approach to healing includes the use of and hands-on compassion, energetic release, and specializes in preconception to postpartum bodywork, blending massage techniques from Eastern and Western teachings. Laura‘s passion lies in women’s reproductive health, menstrual awareness, ethnobotanical studies, and strives to achieve personalized goals set by her clients.
